Are you unhappy with

• any aspect of your Yachting Australia RTO training experience,

• how your assessment was conducted or

• the outcomes of your assessment?

Yachting Australia wants to ensure that course participants and assessments are conducted fairly and want you to help us get it right.  If you feel that you were not treated fairly before, during or after your assessment we would like to know.  In the first instance, you should raise the issue with your trainer or assessor, however if no resolution is achieved you can contact Yachting Australia directly.

Depending on the situation for your disatisfaction there is a form for you to complete:

• Anything to do with your assessment, the way it was conducted or the outcomes should be noted on the Assessment Appeals Form. 
• Any other aspect of disatisfaction with your training experience should be recorded on a Grievances and Complaints Form according to the instructions on the form.

The information that you provide to us will treated in line with the Yachting Australia Privacy Policy.  Please be aware that we may need to contact your trainer, assessor or other named parties for their interpretation of events.

We undertake to communicate to you the outcomes of our investigations as outlined in the RTO Participant Handbook.
