2009 to 2012 Yachting
This edition contains the Racing Rules of Sailing, Yachting Australia Prescriptions and Special Regulations. The new Racing Rules of Sailing became effective on 1 January 2009 and the Special Regulations on 1 July 2009.
The Blue Book is now available, allowing sailors to familiarise themselves with the new Racing Rules of Sailing. The book will be available for sale from the following outlets:
