Burman 5th at Radial Youth Worlds
16 year old NSW sailor James Burman has finished fifth at the Laser Radial Youth World Championship in Brazil.
After already contesting the challenging open Radial Championship, Burman backed up to become the top ranked sailor of his age and the only one under 17 to finish in the top ten. He also claimed a race win in the finals series.
Burman now has his sights set on qualifying for the Australian Youth Team, to contest the ISAF World Youth Championship, sailing the standard Laser.
