| This policy took effect from 1 January 2010 and outlines Yachting Australia's anti-doping policy. The policy applies to Athletes, Officials and Officers, whether in or out of competition. The policy applies to tests that occur after 1 January 2010 or anti-doping rule violations that occur after 1 January 2010. The policy is compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code, ASADA and Australian Sports Commission requirements. | |||
