Do’s and Don’ts

• Do use the style sheets and the shortcut keys
• Do not use tabs to format your document, especially for a multi-column list such as results. The reason is that the internet doesn’t know what to do with tabs. Instead, create a table and put the entries in the table the same as in the following table. If possible, try not to use the “Merge Cells”. It sort of works sometimes, but can cause headaches.
