Facts Found| | At the start of race 2 Laser 188607 made contact with the pin end starting boat. Immediately after clearing the starting line and before taking any penalty turns Laser 188607 capsized making further contact with the pin end starting boat.
After righting its self laser 188607 sailed up the windward leg of the course for approximately five minutes before taking penalty turns. |
